1.    Investigate the current knowledge, confidence, perceived barriers and facilitators of youth grassroots coaches regarding the use of NSTs

2.    Develop an evidence-based NST for use within the female youth grassroots game

3.    Design an evidence-based and industry-aligned coach education session outlining a NST for use within the female youth grassroots game

4.    Provide recommendations for future developments in the field of coach education and NSTs for the female youth grassroots game.
